You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
Yes. All Pampí products include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by perfumes, chemicals or sunscreens, or natural color variations due to the enamel finish. If you believe your item is defective, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a photo of the item.
