At Pampí, we ship our jewelry worldwide. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.


 


 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it has shipped.


💛 During peak periods (sales, holidays, new collections), processing may take slightly longer. We'll always keep you informed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

We also offer Priority Insured Shipping at about double the cost of standard shipping. This option guarantees a replacement or refund in the rare event your package is lost, stolen, misdelivered, or incorrectly addressed. 



 


 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website or via our tracking portal.


If you haven't received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@wearepampi.com.


 


 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Pampí covers all customs fees, import taxes and duties on your behalf.

You won’t be charged for anything at delivery.


 


 

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.


Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us right away at hello@wearepampi.com 


 


 

7. Shipping Delays

Pampí is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:


  • Carrier disruptions or strikes

  • Customs inspections

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Public holidays


In case of significant delays, please don't hesitate to contact us — we'll always do our best to help.


 


 

8. Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it:


  1. Check with neighbors or your building's reception

  2. Contact your local post office with your tracking number
