Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Pampí pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As a customer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with French consumer law (articles L. 221-18 et suivants du Code de la consommation).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@wearepampi.com with your order number.
2. Our Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for all customers worldwide (including non-EU customers), from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn and undamaged

Items must be in their original packaging
-
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items that have been visibly worn, damaged, or altered

Items that are not in their original packaging.

Custom or personalized orders (if applicable)

Final sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Items returned after the 30-day window
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable once opened.
4. How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@wearepampi.com with the subject line: "Return Request – [Your Order Number]"

Include your reason for return and, if applicable, a photo of the item

We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
⚠️ Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior authorization won’t be accepted.
5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

For EU customers exercising their legal right of withdrawal, return shipping fees apply unless stated otherwise.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@wearepampi.com
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different charm or size, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@wearepampi.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the damage or defect
We will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Pampí is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order:

Check with neighbors and your local post office

Contact your carrier directly with your tracking number

If still unresolved, email us and we'll do our best to help
