Pampí (stylized as Pampí) is operated by Pampí SAS, a company registered in France.



 

 

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.


 

 

3. Products

We reserve the right to:


  • Modify or discontinue products at any time without notice

  • Limit the quantities of any product available for purchase

  • Update product descriptions, images, and prices at our discretion


Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen display settings and the handcrafted nature of our jewelry.


All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. Prices may vary by region at checkout.


 

 

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order on our website, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.


We accept the following payment methods:

  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)


All payments are processed securely. Pampí does not store your full payment card details.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.


 

 

5. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are listed in Euros (€) inclusive of applicable French TVA (VAT). For customers outside the EU, prices may be displayed in your local currency, but the final charge will depend on your bank's exchange rate.


Promotional codes and discounts:


  • Can only be used once per customer, unless otherwise stated

  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly indicated

  • Are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time


 

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.


Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Pampí is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.


 

 

7. Returns & Refunds

By placing an order, you agree to our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.


As a consumer based in the EU, you are entitled to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with French and EU consumer law.


 

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on wearepampi.com — including but not limited to the Pampí name and logo, product photos, videos, texts, designs, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Pampí SAS and is protected by French and international intellectual property law.


You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without our prior written consent.


 

 

9. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:


  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or infringing content

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
